Delete your account

You can delete your Tucanoo account at any time, right in the app:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap your photo at the top of the screen to open your Profile.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted

Email, name, photo, travel preferences, personal documents, what you typed in the app, your Want to go list, your Take me there answers, the text of your chat requests, your device location and the photos you added to stops.

What stays

Changes you made to group trips stay in the other travelers’ itinerary, without your name.

Can’t open the app? Write from your account email to hello@tucanoo.app asking for deletion, and we will delete everything and confirm by email.
