Is it really one click?
To start, yes. Whatever is missing, the app asks, one thing per screen, and the AI plans the rest in minutes.
What if I don't like what the AI planned?
Ask for a change in the chat or drag the stops by hand. Nothing changes until you tap Apply.
Is it free?
Your first trip is free, with the full itinerary. On the next ones, the itinerary is still free; unlimited chat and Buddy on travel day need Annual Pro (US$ 39.99).
I don't know the dates yet. Can I start?
Yes. Just pick the month. When you know the date, the itinerary adjusts.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Itinerary, maps and documents are saved on your phone. Only the chat needs internet.
Do I need to download it from a store?
No. Open it in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen from there.
Where does Buddy work?
In any city in the world. The metro or bus line, with direction and stops, shows up wherever Google has public transport schedules. Where it does not, Buddy shows the way on foot or by car.
Which AI plans the trip?
Claude, by Anthropic. The places come from Google Maps: the AI only picks places that exist and organizes the days, without making up addresses.
